Sushi by M is Chef Tim’s take on the classic omakase experience with a focus on an intimate, simplistic experience giving each customer and piece the time and attention deserved. Unique flavor profiles reflect the thoughtful preparation of all ingredients, with menus changing weekly based on the best fish available. Chef Tim combines elements from his prior experiences along with innovative twists derived from his own experiments with new flavor combinations. With a maximum of 17 sushi bar seats per session (1 hour each), all are welcome to partake in the unique Sushi by M omakase experience and try out chef M’s original creations such as the Big Mac, Cheeseburger, and the newly introduced piece, golden Ducky.
