It all began in the summer of 2023 with two simple questions: Why is it so hard to find a great cinnamon roll in a city teeming with bakeries? And why do we always stop at cinnamon? From there, Spirals was born. While juggling a full-time job in the beauty industry, founder Arin spent countless weekends and nights testing recipes, dreaming up ways to set Spirals apart, and diving into everything it takes to run a bakery—from sourcing ingredients to designing packaging. Eventually, the “what-ifs” turned into something impossible to ignore. Conversations with friends and family revolved around cinnamon rolls, texts were filled with flavor ideas, and bakery plans consumed her every spare moment.

That’s when Arin knew it was time to take the leap. She left her corporate job to bring Spirals to life. Today, while navigating the highs and lows of running a business, you can also find us carefully preparing each batch of dough, ensuring that every roll is soft, fluffy, and full of flavor.
