It means seeking out unique artisans from around the world. And it means giving you a better tasting, better quality experience. In 2001, we founded the original Chopt restaurant in Union Square. It was our founding mission to make healthy eating exciting for all people and we continue to this day to explore new ways for our guests to make better eating a part of their daily lives.
