Back in 1981, our fearless founder, Adam, was on a mission: to recreate the hot, crispy wings he chowed down on during his college days in Buffalo. After years spent perfecting the process, recipe, and art behind the perfect wing, he opened the first Atomic Wings spot in NYC in 1989. But, Adam didn’t stop there. He kept pushing the envelope to create wings with the flavor and authenticity that would set Atomic Wings apart from the rest.
