Has the International Bar Closed for Good?

Apparently there was a scuffle outside the bar a week or two ago and since then the gate’s been down. We don’t yet know the full details, such as where the fight started, inside and then spilled onto the street or just all outside, but I’m sure the full details will emerge shortly. We’re also hearing that they are waiting for the city to process some unrelated paperwork before they can reopen.
