PS19 East Village Community School is a public school located in NYC’s District 1, serving students in 3K through 5th grade.  Our core values are kindness, inclusion, social action, self-awareness and joy of learning.  PS19 EVCS students learn in an arts-rich, engaging and inclusive environment, with an emphasis on academic as well as social-emotional learning. In 2022 two great schools in District 1, PS19 and East Village Community School came together through a historic merger.  We are now one great school located in our beautiful campus in the heart of the East Village
