This shop forms part of the major rejuvenation of Astor Place and Cooper Square including the transformation of 4th Avenue and the Astor Place subway station into a public garden area. Housed within the iconic, Fumihiko Maki designed tower, directly facing the subway stop (and next to the Jeff Koons sculpture), this shop features our most powerful espresso bar setup, with two powder coated white La Marzocco Linea PB machines to ensure the highest quality and most efficient delivery of authentic flat whites. The food offering has been influenced by a combination of our Bryant Park and Collective Cafe locations, featuring an array of takeaway options such as house-made granola cups, chia pudding and made-to-order delights including avocado smash and smoked salmon toast.
